Bram Marcus

"For keen advice and conflict prevention, I thoroughly deepen my understanding of my clients' business."

Bram is an experienced lawyer with an (international) advisory and litigation practice. He specialises in corporate, real estate and commercial law and focuses mainly on drafting and reviewing contracts for SME entrepreneurs, property developers and companies in both maritime and civil building sectors. Bram has extensive experience in litigation in these areas.

Bram has a keen eye for his clients' business and uses this knowledge to advise them and prevent conflicts. Litigation is only a means and not an end in itself; other options must be exhausted first.

Bram studied Applied Physics at TU Delft and Law at Leiden University, where he graduated in both civil and corporate law in 1995. In the same year, he was sworn in as a lawyer and joined Van Dam & Kruidenier Advocaten, where he was a partner from 2005.

From January 2022, he joined Fairway advocaten as co-founder and partner.

Bram is a member of the International Board of Eurojuris International, our international partnership of more than 600 independent law firms in Europe and beyond. He is also co-founder and former chairman of Eurojuris’ International Trade, Transport and Insurance Practice Group. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he provides in-house knowledge sessions for various clients.
