Tim Roos Tim joined Van Dam & Kruidenier in 1986. An editor of the leading trade journal Schip & Schade [Ship and Damage] he has extensive knowledge of inland shipping and marine law.

Tim was a member of the commission that facilitated the adoption of the Budapest Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Inland Waterways (CMNI). He regularly gives lectures on this and other subjects.

Tim's approach is characterised by his knowledge of the law, his analytical abilities and thorough work.
