You work hard and do your best to keep your clients happy. Nothing annoys as much as unpaid bills. If you and your client cannot work it out together, it is sometimes necessary to bring out the heavy guns. Van Dam & Kruidenier carries those proverbial guns. We have a great deal of experience with national and international debt collection. First we will try to have your claim settled out of court, but if necessary we will start legal proceedings and have attachment levied.

But because we firmly believe that prevention is better than cure we can analyse your entire debtor policy and recommend improvements where necessary: are reminders and notices of demand sent correctly, are terms monitored? Are you making the most of statutory rights to suspend performance, could you exercise a right of retention, have your general terms and conditions been properly agreed, etcetera.
