Frits Bienfait Frits joined Van Dam & Kruidenier in 1989, the year in which he was sworn in as a lawyer. After a degree in corporate law from RU Leiden Frits obtained his LL.M. from the University of London in 1989.

Frits practices in all principal areas off commercial law, liability law and transport law. He was one of the first participants in the highly regarded Grotius specialisation course in 1997. Furthermore Frits is the firm's expert on employment law. Until October 2007 he was chairman of the employment law practice group of our international network Eurojuris.
